I want to upload files and with each file are specific fields associated with that file. I would like to be able to look at spreadsheet file in Google Drive that shows me every upload that was added through jotform.com and uploaded to my Google Drive. Is this possible? The PDFs that JotForm creates are fine, but not useful for me. Any other solutions out there?

In that case, I would suggest creating sections in your form and use a Single File Upload field for each section. This way, the submitters can add the description under each file upload.
