    Your email is in the bounce list, which is why you're not getting any emails from JotForm.

     

    I removed your email address from the bounce list. Your thread was already answered by Ben, but I understand that you did not get the reply on your email although it is visible in the forums.

    Please try to do a password reset again. Please check your spam folders if it is not in your inbox. Also, I would advised you to please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client. You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses.
