One of our clients continues to receive the following error message after completing our online application (Enrollment Application - Standard). When I go to our submissions and look for incomplete submissions, it is not there either, so I'm not able to complete it manually. I don't have a screenshot available, as the client has not provided one yet. Please advise.

It seems like you have embedded your form using the default script code, have you tried using the iFrame embed code instead? It seems like your website's code is conflicting with the form's code that causes that error message in your client's end.
