Number of Sub-users

We're migrating over from Adobe FormsCentral and struggling with the huge leap between prices of the plans. In Adobe there were no limits on the number of people we could share forms with. We're a nonprofit agency and make forms for a wide variety of programs across the organization, which several different people need to access. We currently about 9 sub-users and are worried about going over, however we'd never need anywhere near as many as 100. Is there not some option in between for, say, 15-20 sub-users?

Also, is it only 10 at any given time or 10 ever? If people leave the organization and no longer need access to the forms can they be removed and replaced by a new sub-user? Thanks!

Thanks for the information! That's unfortunate about the sub-user limit. It'd really be helpful to mid-sized non-profits like ours (and I imagine many others) if there was some more in-between options, rather than such a large price jump. But I do appreciate your quick response :)

In behalf of my colleague you're welcome.

Do let us know if you have any other question.

Actually, yes, I have another question about this. Am I limited on both how many people can access the forms in JotForm and how many different email addresses can receive the notification emails?

In many cases, I think departments can share a login, but sometimes one person is running a program and wants to receive submission notification emails, but that may not be the same person as the one who we set up as a sub-user to log in to JotForm.

    Does that make sense?
