    Cancel current plan

    Hi, 
    I have a 1000 from plan at 10$ right now, and I have 150 submissions since the begin of the plan. On may 16 it will start the second month, but during that month I know that I will receive less than 100 submissions. So if i cancel my plan right now, will I be ok ? Will I lost all my data ?

    So I will keep my 150 submissions and be ok to reach 250 by june 16 ? If yes, yes you can  cancel my subscription(S-4KJ45203CP548684H).

    Yes, you will always keep your received submissions. The submissions counter resets on the first of each month, so starting June 1st you will be able to receive only 100 monthly submissions, so the answer is yes, 150(already received) + 100(new ones to come)=250.

    Your subscription has been cancelled, your account will downgraded to free status on June 17th. If you need anything else, please open a new thread, we will be glad to assist you.

    Hi, I have a problem, my account downgrade today and it says I reached the limit, because I am at 115 submissions on 100.

    Since your subscription is cancelled, your submission limit is now on the free plan. You have 120 per your approved GetMore requests. You still have 5 remaining submissions.

    If you need more, you may consider upgrading back your account.

    Yes, but  BDAVID told me that I will start at 0, because the first 100 fisrt submissions had been made when I was on the paid plan, so I will be able to reach 250 on the free plan.

    Well, I guess there's a misunderstanding here. Your submission counter won't reset back to zero after you downgrade your account. Our system will reset the counter on the next schedule which is on the first day of the next month, June 2015.

    Anyway, I have granted you a submission reset. Note that we can only do this once. If you'll reach 120 again and need more submissions, upgrading your account is the only way or wait until the next month's reset schedule.
