How can we track who we send the form URL to?

    Hi

    I have set-up a form and added it to our website. Our specific form lets owners add the details of their property that they wish to possibly add to our villa portfolio. 

    Therefore, when an owner emails or calls us, I send the owner the URL to this form for them to complete. But we want a way or place where we can track who we have sent this link to (possibly on the jotform back end) - or on a dashboard on the jotform site - so that we can follow up with owners who have not completed the form.

    Is this possible?

    If I understood you correctly you want to have a way to differentiate all the forms sent, so that you can track which users have not yet filled in the form.

    This can be achieved by adding a text-box field > name it as you wish (in this case "Track email") > select hide:

    Now let's find out the Track email field name:

    Now we'll build a customized url

    http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51334191431951?trackEmail=support@jotform.com

    In yellow you have the form's link (replace it with your own form's link)

    In blue the name of the field (replace it with the tracking field name, or leave it like this if you gave it the same name as I did)

    In green we have the email address where you are going to send the form. You only need to edit the green part.

    What will happen is that this customized url will populate the Track Email field with the email that is on the url. 

    This is why it is important to change the green part for each new sent form. This way you know which users have already filled the form.
