Form is not mobile responsive in android phone

    I have a questionare that works fine in my mac and in my samsung tablet. 

    When i open it at my samsung phone the questions do not appear organized. 

    Is because of the photo i put in the form?

    The form looks fine in my Motorola android phone. It looks exactly like what you see in mobile preview in the Form Designer.

    May I ask what browser are you using to view this web page?
