open uploaded form

    Hi Ahidayat,

    Can you please provide more details? I have checked your account and was able to open all the uploaded files successfully. If you mean where to find and open downloaded files, please check the information below:

    The form builder does not have some sort of a 'central location' for uploaded files yet. You'd have to view the specific submission, to which a file is uploaded with in the submissions page, to access the file.

    1.  Go to My Forms
    2.  Click on the name of the form that is used to upload the file
    3.  Click the Submissions button above


    4.  Browse through the submissions to see the download link for the uploaded files

    Thanks idarktech, I did those steps exactly as you mention, but I still can't open the uploaded file. for example, I click a link and it directs me to http://s3.amazonaws.com/jufs/ahidayat/12501644166/18731199912154478/greenpix_led_wall.jpg. But nothing open, chrome just say 

    Ups! Google Chrome tidak dapat menemukan s3.amazonaws.com

    I tried replicating the problem for a couple of minutes, using the actual files from your form submissions, but failed miserably. Can you try to clear your browser's cache or try to use other browsers and see if that makes any difference on the result? Thanks in advance.

    I try firefox and opera, both of them can't open the files. opera: Could not locate remote server

     

    You tried to access the address http://submit.jotform.com/uploads/ahidayat/12501644166/187220186110138240/scan0041.jpg, which is currently unavailable. Please make sure that the web address (URL) is correctly spelled and punctuated, then try reloading the page.

    Make sure your Internet connection is active and check whether other applications that rely on the same connection are working.

    Check that the setup of any Internet security software is correct and does not interfere with ordinary web browsing.

    If you are behind a firewall on a Local Area Network and think this may be causing problems, talk to your systems administrator.

    Try pressing the F12 key on your keyboard and disabling proxy servers, unless you know that you are required to use a proxy to connect to the Internet. Reload the page.

    For some reason I don't have problem viewing your files. Can you please check if you have an anti-virus or some other security tools which is possibly blocking this http://s3.amazonaws.com website? If you have, can you try disabling them and see if that helps?

    Thanks for the answers. I've figured out the problem. It seems that the network administrator who has just put  http://s3.amazonaws.com in the blocked list sites. I'll ask them to pass it.
