I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this have caused you. This happens because AOL rejects JotForm's mail server domains. Here is the list of JotForm Mail Server Domains:us-app2.jotservers.comjotservers.comjotmails.comjotform.comamazonses.comemail.amazonses.comjotform.cosecure.jotform.cos3.amazonaws.comstatic-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.comWhich you can also find in this guide: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.Since you already have the list of mail server domains that JotForm has, all you need to do now is follow the instruction on this link for AOL emails: http://womeninbusiness.about.com/od/email-questions/f/How-Do-I-Whitelist-Email-Sender-Or-A-Domain-In-Aol.htm

The fix: WhiteList the form sender's email address
Login to you AOL account
Go to "Contacts"
Add "email@example.com" as a contact (You can use Web for the First Name and Submission for the Last Name.
