I created a form titled "Protolang 4" but today it is disappeared from "my forms" section; thus I'm not able to download the list of registration.
Please, could you help me?

That form, 51034021459344, is created from an unregistered guest account.
Please always login to your JotForm account, protolang, when creating and using your forms. Logging in will ensure you avoid this kind of problems.
I have now moved the above mentioned form from the guest account to your protolang username.
