How to create a hyperlink on page 4/5 to take you back to an anchor at the top of the first page?

    Hi Pitchmarkltd,

To confirm, you would like your users to have the option to navigate back to the first page of the form.

You can provide users with the link to your form on the last page and it will reload the form on the first page.

To achieve this you would use the "Text" field to add that link

You can use our Form Tabs Widget, this will place tabs at the top of your form and allow users to navigate to desired pages.

I hope this helps, please inform us if you need further assistance.

Thanks very much for your reply.

I've tried the Form Tab Widget, and although this works, I'd only really like to show the first page, and I can't seem to remove the other pages from the tabs.

Here's the link to the form if you can offer any more guidance for me: http://form.jotformeu.com/form/51333204023336.  Or maybe there is a different way I should have designed the form?

Appreciate any help you can give as this is new to me!

    Many thanks,

I'm not sure if I understood your process flow in your form correctly. May I know why you would like to have an anchor link from 4th page to 1st page? Is it after a submit or you would just like to navigate back? I believe this can be achieve using the Skip function in the Conditional logic. You can learn more about it here: http://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic.

You can also add this code at the end of your form URL to navigate users to specific pages.

Do let us know if that helps.

    Thank you.
