I created a login form for my clients and embeded it into my website. My account was first suspended (understandable because it was thought to be a phising form since I know beforehand that phisers use jotform to create there phising sites). Then I contacted jotform and they re-activated my form, but my form was disabled (not sure why that happened) so I cloned the form and it seemed to work.
Now, after doing some other changes to the form yesterday, I login today and the form is altered with one field gone and other text changes. I dont understand why that happened, maybe login forms are not allowed?
Would jotform please look into this and if possible find a solution, i will heavily rely on this form for my website since its the most important gateway between me and my clients.

Yes, unfortunately we cannot allow login forms. Thanks for your understanding.
