Can you cancel my professionnal account and set it to free?

    Hello

    After a lot of try, I cannot cancel my accont on the site of Plimus!!!

    Can you do it for me please?

    Hi Laurent,

    As requested, we have downgraded your account from Professional to Free account. You will no longer be billed in the future by JotForm and Plimus unless you upgrade once again. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
