Wrong account upgraded

    Hello, Yesterday I Created a free form on Jotform?When I try to upgrade my account I can't login. My guestname is guest_51333954816055 

    Please, help me ASAP.  People are waiting to buy tickets.

    I have checked your guest account and I see that you have upgraded your guest account. You should first create free account and then upgrade it to premium plan. 

    Now you should create a new (free) account and then we can move your form and your subscription to your new (free) account.
