Can you confirm my account has been downgraded to free?

    Hi there,

     

    Can you please confirm that my account has been downgraded to the free option.  The changes are not appearing on my profile.

    I will be cancelling payments from this date onwards from my Pay Pal account.

    I have checked your account and you have made a successful downgrade. Your account is scheduled to downgrade on June 12, 2015.
