The responses did not import from forms central

    I used a test account and was successful.  I then created a new paid account and have tried several times to import the forms and responses but it has not worked.  It brings in the forms, but no responses.

    I have purged the forms and tried again to no avail.


    I need help to get this up and running for Monday.

    Our guide page has two options on how to import submissions into jotform.

    1. Picking directly from you adobe central account

    2. Exporting the submissions to a CSV file then importing into jotfom

    I presume you've tried the first option but its not working as expected, I would suggest attempting the second option to see how it fares.
