    Please cancel my subscription to Jotform, I have tried using your service for 3 days and still cannot get your application to work.
    I have only used your service for 3 days so please refund my balance onto my credit card promptly.

    Please do not charge my card for another months service.
    I appreciate your prompt handling of this cancellation request.

    My sincerest apologies for your experience with our service.  I checked your account and it appears it was automatically suspended by our system.  I checked your forms and they all appeared to be within our terms of use.  I activated your account and whitelisted your forms if you would like to use them again.

    As for your request for a refund, I went ahead and processed that for you.  You should receive an email confirmation shortly.  I also cancelled the related subscription so that you will not be billed in the future.

    If there is anything we can do to help you get your forms to way you would like them and for you to give us another chance, just let us know and we will be happy to help.
