I cannot view submissions

    I am testing a form at:




    I have submitted the form securely 4 or 5 times.  I receive an email each time with the correct data.  The My Forms page shows that the form has 4 New Submissions, but when I click through to see the detail of what the submissions are, none are listed.

    "No results to display.

    Check your search query or time frame options."


    The time frame selected is "All Time"

    I see these forms are probably from secure submissions.

    It can sometimes take a while for secure submissions to replicate onto www.jotform.com. Log into your account at http://secure.jotform.com and then check if you can see these submissions.
