I have a job application set up on a website and the trouble I am having is that whenever someone submits it, I get an email with everything except the last few sections.
For example, in the last 2-3 questions there is a legal statement that they have to agree to before submitting. However, when we get it in our email, that question is nowhere to be found. So we now cannot see if they agreed to it or not.
Is there some setting that I have set up wrong?

Once you modify the email contents it stops being automatically updated with the new fields you might add.
So, the solution is to delete the email and then re-create it on the "Email Alerts" button on the form builder. When you re-create it, it should contain all fields.
