We have had over 200 people view the webpage that contains our jotform, and only 40 submissions. I had four people email me yesterday that they participated but yet I do not see their submission. The math does not add up. What would cause submissions to not come through? Is there a way for you to log-in and see if our account has more submissions that are just not displaying for some reason? Thank you in advance.

I only see the 42 submissions on our server also.
One thing I can suggest is changing your embed code to:
I have seen some very occasional issues with some forms using the form.jotform.com naming format, even though issues reported by end users are much more clear cut e.g the form just wont submit. If the form does indeed submit, the submissions will appear in your account.
In my opinion, even with 200 hits on your webpage, 40 actual form submissions still seems a pretty high conversion rate.
Anyway, can you try the new embed code, and keep us updated if you do think it has helped?
If you are convinced submissions continue to 'go missing' , please do report it to us.
