We use Jotform to submit event bookings to individual club members who run an event, this means the recipient for the jotform submission varies from week to week depnding on who is organising that particualr event.
Is it possible to send the person submitting the form( the person wishing to book to attend the event) a confirmation email as well as forwarding the submitted form to the relevant person running that particular event. We already manage to send the forms to the right person (hopefully anyway) but cannot find a way to do BOTH . Is it possible ?

If your form has an Email field you can set up an Autoresponder to send the notification to that email address as well.
To do this, go to Email Alerts -> Add New Email -> Select Autoresponder
You configure Autoresponders in much the same way you do the normal Notification emails.
NOTE: To ensure your Autoresponder emails have the best chance of reaching their recipient, i.e not being dumped into spam folders, please use email@example.com as the senders email address.
Is that the sort of thing your looking for?
