Hello.
When someone submits my email form at http://support.clickcomputers.org.uk (click on the Email button to view the jotform form) The response does not come through to the specified email address. I do not receive the responses in my emails and have checked the junk folder.
Thank you!

Your form notification settings are correct and emails are successfully delivered to the recipient based on your email history. Here's how you can check your email history:
http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History
The issue could be related to your email service provider. Maybe, they are blocking the emails from reaching your inbox. If this is the case, adding us to your server whitelist should help you fix this. Here's how:

If, for some reason, whitelisting is not possible, the solution would be to use your hosting SMTP credentials. Set it up in your account and use it to your forms. or, use Mandrill's SMTP. Here are the guides:

I hope that helps.
