I'm trying to embed a feedback button on another JotForm form, is this possible and if so how to go about it? Can't figure it out.

Unfortunatelly it is not possible to make the Feedback Button part of the form, however you may go ahead creating a Feedback button, just follow the stes of this guide http://www.jotform.com/help/93-Creating-a-Feedback-Button, it will work fine embede in your website.
