I have moved over from adobe forms and would like to know if it is possible to set up the form so when a user fills out our form they do not have to repeat things they have already typed e.g addresses, phone numbers etc. we require an individual form to be completed for each child that attends our childcare. this means that some families may have 3 or 4 children which is 3 or 4 separate forms and can become tedious typing the same information in

I look forward to hearing fromyou

    kindest regards rach

We have the option to prepopulate a form using URL parameters, you can see a guide about this here: Using this method you can redirect your users to the second form and prepopulate the fields that were entered on the first form.

Do you have a maximum number if kids that can be signed up? If this is the case you might be able to use conditional logic to show the children registration section based on the number of kids that will be registered. So, for example, if a parent wants to register his/her children there would be an option to select how many kids should be registered and then the corresponding fields will be shown in the same form.

    Would that work for you?
