How to copy the old submission data in integrated google drive folder?Asked by quannguyen1234 on May 19, 2015 at 12:51 AM
I have just integrated my form with Google folder although my form have been running long before that. Would you please let me know how i can get all submissions before on my drive?
Your support is much appreciated.
If I understand your question correctly, you have integrated your form with "Google Drive". You want your old submission data also to be copied to your integrated google drive folder. Is that correct?
Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. You will have to actually edit your old submission records and submit the form again. Editing a submission record will also trigger it to save the submission PDF in your google drive. Here are the steps to edit your submission records:
#1. Go to your form's submission page. The following guide should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions
#2. Select the desired submissions from the grid view and then click on the edit button form the top right corner of your window.
#3. Click on the "Submit" button of your form. Please check the screenshot below:
Please be noted that the above process will only copy the submission PDF file and if you have any uploaded file, it will NOT be copied to your integrated google drive folder.
Hope this helps.
