    Mailchimp Integration not updating groups on existing contacts

    HI, I'm using the Mailchimp integration on a number of contact forms. All the forms are linked to one list, but use a different group. If the form is submitted by a new contact the group is added in Mailchimp and works as expected. But if a form is submitted by an existing contact it does not add on the group.

    E.g. - new contact submits form and is added to Mailchimp and put in the group "General Interest". But if they fill out another form they aren't added to the group linked to that form.

    How can I have a form update an existing contact?

    Hi Michelle,

    I just tested the integration and you're right, it does not update the group although the changes are recorded in the subscribers list.

    Here are my test forms:

    Feel free to submit.

    I think this is our how integration works for now, but allow me to submit this thread to our developers for further checking. If there are updates, you should know it via this thread.

    Could a developer please comment on when or if this will be done? This is very important for us so I may need to look for an alternative solution if it isn't addressed soon.

    Unfortunately, we can not give you any time frame when and if this will be implemented. 

    We will inform you via this thread when our developer have any updates.
