Once PayPal is selected, works all right. Once a credit card option is selected, no buttons on the form show up. How a card payment can be submitted? Thanks.

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this have caused you. I understand that you are having issues with the PayPal Pro payment option
I have tried cloning your form and selecting the credit card option seems to be working fine on my end.
