I tried to log into my account and I received a notification that my account is suspended and I like to know why.

    Hello Andrine,

    I see that your account is having multiple JotForms collecting credit card information using plain text fields which is not allowed through JotForm and violating our terms of usage. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and the accounts associated with such forms are automatically suspended. Your account cannot be activated unless you agree to our terms of usage and agree to delete all the guilty forms from your account.

    If you want to collect any payments, you'll need to use one of our payment integrations that is secured and complies with PCI security standards.
