I created a couple forms on JotForm and for some reason they have disappeared. If I got to the emails that I sent the forms through I am still able to access the form where you can submit the information, but I can access the original where I can go through the submitted information. I don't know if I am able to give the form URL number someone could help me access all the information.

It looks like your forms were created under a unregistered "Guest" account. If you would like to register an account and then let us know you would like the forms from "guest_51066191474051" moved to your registered account, we will be happy to move them once you are registered. You will then be able to access them as normal. Just let us know once you have registered and we will move them as soon as we can.

Thanks for the help and letting me know the issue. I do have an account and it must have not been logged in when I was setting up the template. The account is under the email Chad@tigertext.com. If I could get that form/the info moved over to the registered account that would be great. Also, there are two other forms that were built out the same day, which were not linked up to the registered account as well.
Also, do you know how to change the username on the account. It reads deboratigertext, but we need it changed to chadtigertext.

The additional forms you referenced were also created under the same Guest account. I went ahead and moved all three to your account "deboratigertext". You should now find them in with your other forms and accessible.

Thanks for the help. I see all 3 forms now.
Also, is there a way I can change the account name from "deboratigertext" to "chadtigertext"?

You are very welcome, glad to hear the forms were successfully moved.
The username "chadtigertext" was available so I went ahead and made the change. You new username is now "chadtigertext". I also updated your subscription to reflect the new username.
