I am building an event registration form. I'm looking to make a maximum amount of times a specific answer can be selected within a question. Is there a way to set a limit?
For example, I am asking people to choose their spa treatment, facial, massage or body treatment. I only have a specific number of appointments available for each choice. I'd like to be able to disable a choice (facial) to be shown after I have received the maximum number of responses/appointments I can book.
Also, I don't want to accept payment for services.
Is there a specific question type I should select that has this capability? Currently, I've used a dropdown.
Thank you for your help!

We have an inbuilt feature to limit the responses by unique question that allows unique entry for a specific field.
However, since you are having the same options for different selections, this might not work for you. But you may consider using our Appointment Slots widget that can limit the selections.
I've added multiple appointment slot widgets on the JotForm to display based on the selection. Please see the demo form below and see if that works for you.
Please check with Spa option to display the options available. Please feel free to clone this JotForm to your account to see how it works.
Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
