The upgrade should be nearly immediate. When I checked our records though, I was unable to find any subscription payment information associated with your username or your email address. If you have your order confirmation number, please let us know and we will get your subscription applied properly.
In the mean time, I went ahead and reset your SSL limits and reactivated your account so that your forms would be active while we get this sorted.
