Why won't the Scrollable Text Widget work?

Asked by Trent  on May 19, 2015 at 11:00 PM

I'm in the process of putting together a form for my site.

Trying to add the "Scrollable Text" widget to my form, to allow people to see the entire Terms and Conditions (in the format I have them in) before agreeing with a checkbox and submitting the form.

I've tried the "Short Scrollable Terms" widget, which doesn't allow for my formatted T&C - only plain text. What is the best way I can get my terms and conditions and required agreement within the form?

I've attached a screenshot from the form I've manually created on my site of what I'd like it to look like. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

    Hello Trent.

Upon checking out your form, 51388670860160, it looks like you've already set up your terms and conditions with the Text field that is formatted and scrollable.

To my understanding, it seems that this is what you wanted to achieve.

If you still need any help, or if I'm not understanding your question properly - I am sorry, could you please describe it in a little more detail?

    Please let us know.

Through some manipulation and workarounds, I was able to get it to work. Just took some CSS (which I couldn't find where to input originally within the form without messing it up), and getting it to maintain the original formatting I had. Thanks for the help.
