    JotForm團隊您好:


    昨日收到系統被關閉的來信,由於尚無法知道原因覺得很唐突
    因為目前我們使用此系統是工作上的因素,突然關閉造成我們很大的困擾
    檢查原因後不知是否為空間不足? 因為之前檔案過多時都只有丟到垃圾桶
    現在已清空垃圾桶,請問是否就能回復使用?

    Hello.

    It appears that your account is over limit. The plan you are using now has 100 MB of available upload space, but you are using space over that limit.

    Please note that you can reclaim this space by removing your submissions and uploaded files, or you can upgrade to a higher plan that supports more upload space.

    It is important to note that you can't remove uploaded files without removing their associated submission as well. Consequently, if you remove a submission, it will also remove all files that were uploaded within that particular submission.

    It is highly recommended that you export your submissions prior to deleting them, as once they are deleted, there is no way for us to recover them.
