Upgrade plan by mistake

    I made a plan upgrade by mistake. Kindly help cancel the upgrade. Thank you.

    You account downgraded to free account as you requested.

     Remove downgrade
    User is scheduled to downgrade.
    Date: 2016-05-21 
    Reason: CANCEL

    Dear Ecem,


    I upgraded by mistake from Yearly Premium to Professional. Please kindly make sure that my current plan is now Premium (not free plan). Since my form is in its high time of submission now, please kindly help to make sure that there will be nothing such as limitation of upload size or number of submissions would affect my form.

    You can change your pricing plan, when you check our pricing page, they are actually subscription plans.  You can then cancel your subscription anytime you like.

    You can upgrade your account by:

    1. Logging in first to your registered account.

    2. Navigate to Account->Billing->Choose a Plan


    When you would like to cancel your subscription, you'll just need to repeat the same steps. No submissions or data will be lost when you change subscriptions.

    Dear Ecem,


    thanks for your reply. I think you may be misunderstanding my situation. 

    I subscribed to yearly premium plan already as per the capture below.  Today, I upgraded by mistake

    to professional plan and was charged $407.06 in my credit card. 

    Now I would love to have you help me

             1.refund the amount to my credit account

             2.restore my subscribed plan to the yearly premium as shown in the screen capture of the proforma invoice.
