stopped getting forms when submitted http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50336603841955, we are getting the payment but the application is not being emailed to us any more please/help/fix we have not received any forms since 5/8 but have received several payments and the submissions section shows them....just not getting email notificationPage URL:

I checked our mail log and the emails are being sent:
Have you checked the spam folder?
I noticed that you chose the email field as the sender name:
I created a clone and changed the sender name and made a test submission. Can you please confirm me if you received it?
If you received it, maybe your email provider is blocking the messages for tacking them as spam. If you change the sender name to a different field like name then it should be fine.
Let us know if the problem persists.
