How do I find my application submissions if it says there are 0?

I have never seen this before but when we log in it is showing that we have 0 app submissions. This is obviously worng as we should have hundreds. It is vital that we get this fixed asap.

Can you let us know which form you're referring to? I found this form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/23063915103949 which shows zero submissions in it, but I'm not sure if this is the one you're referring to?

Have you received email notifications for this form? I've checked our mail logs and couldn't find any email notifications sent for this form.
