Unable to receive autoresponder email

    Hello, I am a new OA to Coldwell Banker, and I am not getting Gazette submission notifications in my e-mail.  My e-mail address is brian.bowes@cbmove.com  My coworker Paty is getting Gazette submissions.  She has been with the company for a while, and has been getting submissions for a while as well.  Her e-mail address is patricia.montanez@cbmove.com.

    I did not see your email address in the email notifications. I believe you are referring to an autoresponder email. Wherein, once the form is submitted, it will send an email to the one who fills up the form using the email that was entered in the form.

    Your email address is not in the bounce list. The mail logs show that the emails were sent to your mailbox successfully.

    Please check your spam folders. I would recommend you to please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client. You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses. Thank you.
