can I exclude I.P. adresses from analytics tracking?

I am visitng my own form regulary and I also do test submissions. 

Can I somehow exclude my own data from showing in your analytics?

Unfortunatelly up to now it is not possible to manually change the settings of the Form Analytic feature.

However, the best you can do is to remove submissions you have made for testing purposes in your form.

You are able to manage fields from submissions report as shown below:
