    Form Reverts to Previous Version for No Reason - URGENT

    I'm having a major problem that is affecting my business due to unexpected behavior of one of my forms. Please respond ASAP as I'm losing money due to this problem.

    I have a paid account and rely on your service for certain business processes but IF I SHOULD NOT USE YOUR FORMS FOR KEY BUSINESS PROCESSES PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND I WILL SWITCH FORMS PROVIDERS. I CANNOT HAVE THIS HAPPEN AGAIN. 

    One of my forms keeps reverting back to a previous version for no reason. The version it reverts back to is the one of my other forms that I originally cloned this one from.

    For example, on the attached image you can see that 15 changes were all done at the exact same time at 8:18am. I did not make these changes. Why did they occur? This happened may 8th (see image) and again this morning. 

    Please explain to me why this happened and how I can prevent it from happening again in the future 100%. Thank you.

    My deepest apologies for the frustrations caused to you by the intermittent reversions.

    The reversion might occur if you have another session open and the form is open in the designer, the changes might then be fluctuating due to the auto save feature.

    I have cleared you online form cache,have you also shared you account credentials with someone else or do you have a sub user with form editing capabailites?.

    Could you try clearing your browser cache and notify us if this problem persists again.

    Hi Sammy, I have not shared my account credentials with anyone else. I am the only one with access to my account.

    I´ve cleared my cache and will let you know if it happens again. I really hope it doesn´t .
