Is it possible to take payment and programatically pass the information into a CreateSpace order form.

Asked by AlanJordan on May 20, 2015 at 06:01 PM

One of the problems with selling through Amazon, CreateSpace, Barnes & Noble, etc. is that they do not provide buyer information that can be used to build an e-mail list of customers.

Is it possible to take payment and programatically pass the information into a CreateSpace order form. (Or Amazon.com, Barnes&Noble.com, etc.)

If it can't be done with a widget, can it be done with via an API?  If so, can you recommend people who are qualified to do it?

    Hi,

Currently, we have no integration to CreateSpace. So, I think this is something that cannot be achieve yet using JotForm.

I search on the CreateSpace but I could not find any API implementation on their end, which could have allowed implementing an integration if we are to send the request to our higher team support.

We do have API available which you can check here

Hope this help in anyway. Please let us know if there is more we can help you with.

    Thanks.

    Hello AlanJordan,

Unfortunately we do not have any integration available with any of them.

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to receive payments using your JotForm and then just want to send the information to a specific page that the payment was successful?

If you have PayPal payment question in your form, one possibility I see is to set the "IPN Relay URL". You can set any URL here which will be triggered when the payment was successful. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

No. I wanted to be able to accept either a payment or an e-mail address, and then take the purchaser to Amazon.com, CreateSpace.com or Barnes & Noble.com

    First choice is CreateSpace.com.

Do you have a list of certified developers?

    Hello AlanJordan,

You may like to check on odesk.com where you will find several developers willing to work on this. Just create a new project and post it in odesk.

    Thank you!

Did you find a solution for this? I've been working on creating my own API of sorts for CreateSpace, and it's 90% of the way there.. Curious what you were able to accomplish.

    Thanks,

    A

    Hello Anthony,

Can you please explain your requirement a bit more in detail on what you want to achieve in your form with CreateSpace?

Is it that you just want to pass email address information?

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!
