    I downgraded to premium form economy but I was billed for both subscription.

    Hello , On 5/13/2015 I was downgraded my Account from Economy to Premium = 1000 subscribers ( paying $ 9.95 ) . But why to day I have to pay $ 19.95 for Economy 10000 subscribers account ?

    I did check your account and found that you have two active subscriptions.

    When you upgraded your account to premium monthly subscription #S-7JW85410UR870615N on May/13, you did not cancel the existing economy subscription #S-9MU69375J9887544W.

    I have gone ahead and sent a request to our billing department to cancel the economy subscription #S-9MU69375J9887544W and process the refund of $19.95. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
