How can I customize the thumbnail in social media when pasting links to forms?

    The thumbnail link usually is a skewed version of an image in my form. How can I customize this for each form so it's nice and pretty?

    Thanks!

    @bodybuddies

    You may go ahead and just modify the social media thumbnail  used on your jotform https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/33510507431948  by editing them first in your image editor.

    This way, when the image are used in the form, those will use its original different dimensions, colors, texture and all adjustments, you may use any image editor.

    If any other question please let us know.

    Thank you for your message. However, I do not know what you're referring to when you say "image editor." Are you talking about in JotForm? Social media? Please help me understand this.

    Thank you!

    Hello bodybuddies,

    By image editor could be Paint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Fireworks, there are also several free online image editors like this ones https://pixlr.com/, http://ipiccy.com/,http://www.picmonkey.com/,  that you may choose from, all of them very easy step by step to follow.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you, but I think you are misunderstanding me--I know how to edit my images. The image as it appears in my JotForm is how I want it. When I copy the form link to social media, it grabs the image and skews it.  That is the thumbnail to which I am referring. Is there any way to point that social media image to a different thumbnail link I can upload somewhere else? Does that make sense?

    @ bodybuddies,

    I am sorry my misunderstanding.

    I have checked on your form link https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/33510507431948 and was not able to see any social media image to click on and reproduce this issue.

    Can you kindly include a screen shot so we can determine what may causes the image to skew, that way we will be able to find the way to solve it.

    Thanks.
