When someone signs up, they read the conditions for payment and have to agree and sign.

I receive email notification of payment but it does not contain the text of the agreement.

This leads me to believe that the person paying does not receive a copy of the agreement either.

Can you please check to see how this can be done? I need for them and for me to have a copy of the agreement when they sign it. The signature is emailed in the notification, but not the text.

Thank you for your quick response.

I receive email notification of payment but it does not contain the text of the agreement.

I understand the confusion on this. Actually, the limitation is on the form's email template side. We are looking to improved this part on further updates.

Any TEXTS field or HEADER TEXT in the form will NOT appear in the Notification Email or Autoresponder Email by default.

So, you are not able to see those agreement/conditional terms text in the email message.

A workaround I suggest you check out can be found on this discussion thread
