self test forms not coming through have check with isp who claim no issues
Is Jot having any downtime issues, I send my self a test of the form below at 08:35 this morning all appeared normal but it has not arrived.
any advice please.
There doesn't appear to be any downtime on our servers, you can always check the status of our servers here: http://jotformstatus.com
There have been no downtimes recently. I have also checked your email logs, and I do not see any test notification being sent to your account's email address.
(I have blurred your email address as this thread is public, and we are not discussing anything sensitive at the moment.)
The last email you have received from us was yesterday, an email notification of a forum reply. You can try again to do a Test Notification, as there doesn't appear to be any mailing related problem.
