I recently built an engagement form for clients to sign prior to the start of services. When the form is submitted, I can see the field info as entered by my client in the email notification and under form submissions...however I'd like to include the text from the form as well so that we can print a physical copy of the submitted engagement letter. How can I navigate this?
In order for you to do this, you just need to:
On "My Forms" page:
Once you are on the Submission's page, follow the instruction on the image below.
Click the "Get PDF" button of the Submission page to get a PDF copy of the submission. You can then print that PDF copy.
