Collapse forms conditions do not work on one embedded page, but do work on another

Please visit http://monbed30.max-opp.com and click on one the images in the image picker.  The material that is hidden does not display.

However, embedding the same form in http://ahjordan.max-opp.com allows the user to click on one of the images and display hidden data.

Any idea why this is happening.  Could it be the result of two people simultaneously clicking on an image on different sites?

    Hi AlanJordan,

    Thanks for contacting us.

I checked the 2nd URL you have given - http://ahjordan.max-opp.com///. However, I don't see the form embedded on it. There is a link at the right side but it also points to http://monbed30.max-opp.com// which is your 1st URL and it also does not display the hidden materials initially.

Can you please give us a screenshot showing where is the form you are referring to in the 2nd URL? Do you mean when someone clicks on the link in http://ahjordan.max-opp.com/// and they are redirected to http://monbed30.max-opp.com/, the hidden material is initially displayed?

We will wait for your response.

    Regards.

I am sorry.  I changed the website around without updating the thread.

The page that works is http://ahjordan.max-opp.com/books/monster-on-top-of-the-bed-family-of-books/

The page that was not working is: http://monbed30.max-opp.com/

Both appear to be working on this computer and on a Kindle. I wonder if the issue was a local one that was caused by using a Microsoft Surface computer.

Thank you very much for your attention to this matter.

I see that both forms are (at least at this moment) embedded using iframe embed method, so this would mean that everything should work properly.

If you had embedded the form in some other manner, that might have been the cause of the issue.

Do let us know if the same issue pops up again by some chance and we would be happy to check it out for you.

I am having trouble with these two pages again. The problem seems to be showing up when I use a Microsoft Surface computer with I.E. However, there are many of these computers out there and before I start spending time and money promoting these sites I need to be sure that people will be able to buy the product. Any suggestions?

    1. If I visit http://ahjordan.max-opp.com/books/monster-on-top-of-the-bed-family-of-books/

and click on an image of a book the information between the collapse forms widgets displays.

    2. If I go to http://monbed30.max-opp.com/ and click on an image, the information between the collapse forms widgets DOES NOT display.

It seems the second page link is having some errors with JavaScript in the IE browser, its also not responding on my desktop IE.

It seems the script that loads the tabs has some issues, clicking on the tabs reloads the whole page before switching meaning the tab selector has some problems

    Kindly try to resolve them.

If you are using wordpress you can move the jotfrom embedded page and test so that we can rule out any errots on jotform side.

Ill keep investigating and ill update you on the finding
