I am trying to set the thank you email and the responder to come from a different email account so when replying to the responded it will send the email to Cust.email@example.com .
When trying to change it said that it is sending a verification number to the email but it realy does not. I am not receiving the email.
i need help with fixing this.

I think you are on the wrong section. That option is for the s.ender email not the recipient email. I would suggest to set that back to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you want to add another form recipient, you can either add another notification and place that email as the recipient. Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Receiving-Emails-on-Form-Submissions
Or you can use multiple email recipients by separating each email with comma. Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Form-Emails-to-Multiple-Recipients
