Form won't submit

    My customers are saying that the form won't submit when they are done filling it out and click the submit button. It says please wait, and never submits.

    Hi,

    but I could not reproduced the issue yet. 

    Can you please provide us more details about the issue also. Was their any error hint/message seen when the it fails to submit? Since it is also a payment form, proper CC account must be provided also if there is a payment transaction.
