Save as PDF of my form is not working

Hey Guys!

The save as PDF html tool I am inserting into my form is:

<a href="http://selectpdf.com/save-as-pdf"><img src="//selectpdf.com/buttons/save-as-pdf3.gif"/></a>.

Problem:

When I first used the "save as pdf" button, it worked perfectly and saved the page as a PDF with all of the fields showing the text and responses entered.  Now it will save the page/form, but all of the fields will be cleared and empty even when they are filled on the page.

Why would this have worked before, and now, it has stopped working?

P.s. I realize you can "print" and select "print as pdf" but this is an extra step that I am trying to avoid with my employees.

I have inspected your form and "save as pdf" button is link to some external application that is not part of Jotform. Considering that it is not part of JotForm I am not sure how it works and I can not help you. I would suggest you to use Print button to save copy of your form with data what are entered inside of form fields.
