Hi,
There are at least 2 ways to make your form responsive on a mobile device:
1. Use Jotform's Mobile Response widget. It shall save you from using tedious codes to make your form mobile-responsive.
2. Set your form to be mobile responsive. Please see How to make Forms Mobile Responsive. If you are not using Mobile Responsive widget, you can do this for your form to look good on mobile devices.
If your form requires more than these, we can help you with CSS codes. Please give us your form's link/name if you need further assistance.
Regards.
